[alto] Preference for virtual meeting

All: So all the folks who responded preferred a virtual meeting in lieu of
a f2f in Bangkok.

Jan and I will settle on a few dates and circulate them on the mailing list
this week. Once we pick the date and time, we will send out an agenda, etc.
